Bacon-Wrapped Dates

Appetizer

Ingredients:
Dates
Bacon
Seasoning
Toothpicks
Balsamic Vinegar

STEP 1: Cut dates in half & remove pit and cut bacon strips in half.

STEP 2: Wrap dates with 1/2 strip of bacon and place toothpick through bacon & date.

STEP 3: Season date & bacon. On your Big Green Egg or grill of choice, cook on open coals at 300 degrees F for 5 minutes per side. After 10 minutes, transfer bacon and dates to the aluminum pan and pour a liberal amount of balsamic vinegar to coat dates. Cook 5 more minutes. Plate and Serve.
